There's no set rate - clients are charged according to the duration and complexity of their requirements.

For example, a client requiring just a day or two of intense support will pay a higher pro-rata 'day rate' than a client which commissions me as an interim director for six months.

There's potentially unlimited scenarios! Essentially, there are two main reasons for contacting me.

First, you have a specific issue. Maybe an underperforming team or contract, or a big tender your own team needs support with.

The second scenario, is that you only know that *something* is wrong - maybe your accounts are telling a bleak story? I can help you analyse, diagnose and review your business performance, identify the issue(s) and put resilient change in place to ensure business recovery.

I have a comprehensive business background across many industries, all of which have contributed to the body of knowledge and experience I deploy today.

However, I have spent the last 16 years in the waste & recycling industry and believe that this sector offers huge opportunity for improvement, growth and success.

So while I am open to commissions from all industries, clients in this sector will always take precedence.

It's a sad truth that start-ups and small companies often require the most advice and guidance, but are in the weakest financial position to secure it.

I often provide pro bono advice to small businesses but generally only take commissions with firms with a turnover of at least £5m pa.

Unfortunately, for every bona fide client enquiry, there are hundreds of spam bots scraping websites for such information and making nuisance calls.
